BBQ 'n Blues Sponsors and Donors

Dear Friends,

The Episcopal Church of the Advent is blessed to present our 23nd annual BBQ and Blues festival on October 18, 2025.

Residents of Lillian, Elberta, Perdido Key, Pensacola, and Foley all gather to enjoy the day's events which include arts and craft vendors, live music, silent auction, a raffle drawing, and delicious barbecue. 

The goal of our BBQ & Blues festival is to raise funds for the work of the church and for charitable outreach programs such as funding for Wilmer Hall Children’s Home, Beckwith Episcopal Camp, and our local Lillian organizations such as the Food Pantry, Library, Volunteer Fire Department, Optimist Club and the Recreation Park. as well as other local charities all from the proceeds of this event which YOU helped make it happen.

There are two ways for local individuals and businesses to contribute, through donations and sponsorships.

Donations.  Donors provide things to be sold at the Silent Auction.  We accept gift cards, gift baskets and company merchandise. We welcome all and the public looks forward to seeing your items up for bid.  You are invited to provide business cards or flyers to be situated beside your donation on the auction tables.  

Sponsorship.  Sponsors provide cash contributions and receive these benefits in return.  

Sponsors and donors will receive a gift acknowledgement letter in time for tax season.  Please click here to view and download the Sponsors and Donors registration form.
