BBQ 'n Blues Vendor Resources

Dear Vendor: 

The Episcopal Church of the Advent will have its 23rd Annual BBQ ‘n Blues event on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10am to 4pm on our church grounds located at 12099 County Road 99, Lillian, Alabama 36549. 

With the attractions of music, food, beverages, a silent auction (a regional favorite), and wonderful vendors like yourself this event has grown over the years to draw large crowds and we expect it to be bigger and better this year. 

Booths are 10 ft x 10 ft and are $25 per booth (after October 3rd booth cost will be $30). 8 foot tables may be reserved for $10, and folding chairs for $2 each. 

We expect this year’s event to be a wonderful success and with your participation, we know it will be. Contact our church office 251-961-2505 or any of our event leaders (contact info is in the vendor packet) for any questions. 

To reserve your spot, complete the reservation form and return with your fee to Church of the Advent, 12099 County Road 99, Lillian, AL 36549.

Completed and signed forms may be submitted via email to churchoffice@adventlillian.org and remittances may be made online through Tithe.ly using this link.
